Irish-born singer-songwriter Andrea Magee blends Celtic soul, Americana, and folk into a sound as intimate as it is powerful. Belfast-raised and Austin-based since 2014, she has spent over a decade building a career defined by authentic storytelling, captivating live performances, and a deep commitment to community through music. In May 2026, Andrea released her third solo album, Wild Women — twelve original songs written entirely by her — to rave reviews, adding to BMI Texas Top 10 recognition for her song “Gemini Darkness.” A multi-instrumentalist on vocals, bodhrán, and piano, she has toured internationally with Beat Root Revival, sharing stages with artists including Brian Wilson Pet Sounds Tour (3 years) Jeff Bridges and Brian Setzer & more. Andrea is also the founder of She Rises Fest, the all-female international music festival in Taos, New Mexico. Its fourth year was its biggest success yet, welcoming headliners like Ruthie Foster, Mary Gauthier, and Rainbow Girls — and She Rises returns for its fifth year in July 2027. Through her nonprofit, Music Helps ATX, she brings live healing music to children’s hospitals and homes across Austin.
