We’ll be back at the Galaxy with a 2026 Audience Award selection from the upcoming Austin Film Festival! Directly following each screening at AFF33, attendees will be asked to fill out a ballot to judge each film on its overall quality. An Audience Award will be given to one film in the Marquee Feature, Narrative Feature, Documentary Feature, Comedy Vanguard Feature, Dark Matters Feature, Narrative Short, Narrative Student Short, Documentary Short, Animated Short, and Produced Digital Series categories. Past Audience Award recipients include The Boy From St. Croix (2025), Ravens (2024), I Am Ready, Warden (2024), and American Fiction (2023). Stay tuned after the Festival for official film selection.
