This fun and energizing program combines gentle fitness (seated options available) with brain-boosting games and activities—all in the fresh air and natural beauty of the park.</p> <p>Whether you’re looking to improve balance, memory or just meet new friends, this inclusive and uplifting class is for you.</p> <p>Join us on Mondays (October 12 – November 16) from 10-11:00 a.m. at Gus Garcia District Park and Thursdays (October 15 – November 19) from 10-11:00 a.m. at Dick Nichols District Park. No experience needed—just bring a water bottle, some comfy clothes and a sense of curiosity!</p>
