Zoom Meeting Session Info is below. This is a continuing astro-imaging series hosted by Jeff Ridder. These sessions are designed for those who want to improve their astrophotography skills from collecting images, to using post-processing software such as Siril. This Lessons Learned session by Kevin Fitzpatrick will explain his continuing journey learning to image and post process. In this session he will explain his trial-and-error workflow approach using his Askar V refractor, ZWO AM5N mount ASI2600 MC Air Duo camera, guide camera, and using an Electronic Auto-Focuser. filter drawer, etc. His workflow will start with good planning, picking a target, knowing what to see with his scope (80mm objective), his location and nearby obstructions, picking a day and time to find the target, selecting a filter, checking weather, planning a start and finish time, etc. (Then fingers crossed regarding the weather!) This session will end with reviewing frames and processing through Siril. Charlottesville Astronomical Society is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
