A unique variation of a vision board, focussing on the all important good things in your life; be they big or small they deserve to be truly acknowledged during this workshop. Together, we will mindfully consider what is bringing us joy, what may have been a challenge we've overcome, perhaps even some goals we have achieved.This is all about having a positive outlook on what you're grateful for, and mindfully displaying your assets in collage form.
