@ Get your costume, scare up some friends and join BikeCville for a free, fun, relaxed and social bicycle ride through the streets of Charlottesville! The route will be selected based on the abilities and desires of the riders themselves. We always prioritize low-stress routes, park trails and streets with bike lanes. For the first time, the annual classic ride will coincide with the City’s Farmers Market and take place on Halloween! We hope to see a large turn out and spooky costumes for this family-friendly event. The ride is free. If you don’t ride bikes but you have the urge to run around in a costume (and who doesn’t get that urge?) you should check out the YMCA’s family-friendly 10-K run and 2-mile walk.
