Take a break and get outside this Fall! Explore local trails, meet new people, and experience the restorative benefits of nature on these guided sunset hikes with Student Health and Wellness and UVA Rec.All students are welcome. Transportation will be provided to off-Grounds locations. Please register in advance to reserve your space.Biscuit Run Park:- Tue., Sep. 15 - 5–7:30 p.m.- A moderate 3.5-mile hike through forested trails, including a stop at a peaceful beaver pond.O-Hill Hike and Cookout:- Tue., Sep. 29 - 5–7:30 p.m.- Enjoy a short hike on O-Hill's rugged trails, followed by a social cookout!Ivy Creek Natural Area:- Tue., Oct. 13 - 5–7:30 p.m.- A moderate 3-mile hike around a peninsula jutting into the Rivanna Reservoir with opportunities for bird and wildlife viewing.Monticello Trails:- Tue., Oct. 27 - 5–7:30 p.m.- A strenuous 3.5-mile hike on the Saunders-Monticello Trails, traversing the slop
