Instructor: Erin Clabough This series is for anyone curious about how yoga and breath awareness can support focus, emotional steadiness, and presence. Each session opens with a form of embodied movement (often a vinyasa flow or something dynamic). Then, shift into breathwork sequences or meditation. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required. About Erin Erin Clabough is a neuroscientist trained as a molecular biologist. She received her BA in Psychology, holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the UVA Medical School, and she completed a postdoc in Neuroscience/Biomedical Engineering at UVA.
